This 10-week, one-on-one online coaching program is tailored specifically for late-diagnosed and self-identified autistic adults, offering a supportive space to explore and embrace your newfound neurodivergence.

Navigate the complex terrain of identity post-diagnosis. Reconnect with your core values, passions, and aspirations, empowering you to set meaningful goals aligned with your authentic self.

Healing from Trauma
Receive support as you process the trauma of constantly feeling different without understanding why, and the pain, misunderstandings, and isolation that might have resulted. Validate your past experiences and begin harnessing post-traumatic growth.

Who is this program for?
This program is designed for individuals who have discovered their autism in adulthood and are now seeking support and integration of this new identity.
What is my investment?
During this program, we meet for one hour every week over a 10-week period. The total cost of the program is $1000, which you can pay upfront or in two installments of $500 each. Compared to my regular coaching rate of $110/hour, enrolling in the program saves you $100. If this investment is beyond your budget, please consider joining my mailing list. I aim to offer a low-cost group program option in the future.

This program is fully customizable to your needs. While I provide a general roadmap, I tailor the program to address your specific challenges and goals. Together, we can chart a new course based on what you are needing and seeking!

My name is Hannah Meyrem Ezzell (she/her).
I'm a certified somatic coach and advocate committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals through integrative, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming practices.
As a fellow member of the late-diagnosed autistic club, I specialize in guiding neurodivergent individuals to embrace and amplify their unique brilliance and resilience in a world that often misunderstands neurodiversity.
